All our fitness classes are open to all levels. The programs are designed to be safe yet effective no matter where you are at in your recovery and fitness journey.
This 60 minute class is for all levels and focuses on the general strengthening and conditioning of the body. We incorporate a combination of kettlebell, barbell, dumbbell, and bodyweight movements to help you condition and develop your overall strength. Our goal is for everyone to leave each class feeling empowered, respected, and part of a supportive community.
The Original Class. Every Saturday morning at 10am, we do it all — from body weight exercises to cardio, flexibility, and strength. It doesn’t matter whether you are in shape or just getting started on your physical fitness. We’re all there for each other and it is a great way to start the weekend. Come one, come all!
This 60 minute class is for those that are new to FTR, who want a smaller, safe space to come and move and connect. This class will provide lessons in the building blocks for FTR fitness classes including basic movement technique, introduction to the 4 pillars of FTR and connecting with others in recovery.
This 90 minute class is for all levels and focuses on strength training and learning the 3 main Barbell lifts. Back Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift.
This 60 minute class is focused on gaining a greater range of motion through movement to help reduce the risk of injury. You will learn exercises that will help regain and maintain the proper movement in your joints.
This 60-minute class is for those who are already comfortable with the basic kettlebell movements and are looking to advance their kb movement repertoire. This class will focus on more advanced movements such as the Turkish get up, snatches, windmill, double kb work etc.
This class is for those interested in enhancing their aerobic fitness! This class will still incorporate some weights; however, the primary focus will be on lighter weight and higher reps, as well as the use of rowers, assault bikes, ski ergs, and your own two legs. We will make sure everyone gets a proper warm-up and cool-down — but be prepared to get sweaty and move for a good chunk of time. Whether you’re looking to prepare for an upcoming Spartan Race, cross-train for other endurance events, or simply get more aerobically fit, this is the class for you!
The Women’s Only Workout is a safe place for women in recovery to connect. We believe in creating a positive environment where women can empower one another through strength training.
All too often, women are told or convinced that they cannot weight lift. This class is all about tearing down that stigma, teaching women the benefits of strength training, and building a community of strong, capable women who will hold each other accountable. Join us every Thursday night at 6:30 pm. Stay for Women’s Group which starts at 7:30 pm.
This group provides a safe space for people in the LGBTQ+ community and in recovery to connect. We hold mutual respect for one another and provide support as we walk through our recovery journey together. We focus on empowerment, feeling seen, and being respected.
