Our Classes

FTR Fitness

All of our fitness classes are open to all levels. The programming is designed to be safe yet effective no matter where you are at in your recovery and fitness journey. We incorporate a combination of kettlebell, barbell, dumbbell and bodyweight movements to help develop overall strength and conditioning. Our goal is for everyone to leave each class feeling empowered, respected and a part of.

FTR Endurance

This class is for those interested in enhancing their aerobic fitness! This class will still incorporate some weights; however, the primary focus will be on lighter weight and higher reps, as well as the use of rowers, assault bikes, ski ergs, and your own two legs! We will make sure everyone gets a proper warm-up and cool-down, but be prepared to get sweaty and move for a good chunk of time.  Whether you’re looking to prepare for an upcoming Spartan Race, cross-train for other endurance events, or simply get more aerobically fit, this class has you covered.

Saturday Bootcamp

Led by Ian Acker

The Original Class. Every Saturday morning at 10am. We do it all from body weight exercises to cardio, flexibility, and strength. In the warmer weather, we meet at Sugar House Park. It doesn't matter whether you are in shape or just getting started on your physical fitness. We're all there for each other and it is a great way to start the weekend. Come one, and come all!

Flow Yoga

Described as the perfect balance between activity and meditation, Flow Yoga’s classes leave members energized and relaxed. Flow yoga is a steady, dynamic sequence of connected yoga postures linked with the breath. The class aims to strengthen core muscle groups, and focus and calm the mind.

HIGH Fitness

HIGH Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow fitness choreography. It combines FUN (pop songs of old and new that everyone knows and loves) with INTENSITY (interval, plyometrics and cardio) with CONSISTENCY (each song has specific simple moves taught the same by all instructors). Together they make a recipe for success, repeat participation and results! HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.

Team Sports

On the court or on the field, you'll find Fit To Recover teams focused on fun, camaraderie, and team spirit. Currently, we field teams in volleyball and softball, and we just added co-ed indoor soccer this season. Open to players of all levels, our co-ed teams enjoy the challenges, and often enjoy a meal together after the game. Come join us! 

Women's Only Workout

The Women’s Only Workout is a safe place for women in recovery to connect. We believe in creating a positive environment where women can empower one another through strength training. All too often women are told or believe they cannot weight lift. This class is all about tearing down that stigma, teaching women the benefits of strength training and building a community of strong, capable women who will hold each other accountable. Join us every Thursday night at 6:30 pm. Stay for Women's Group which starts at 7:30.
