Fit To Recover is a community that helps people in sobriety connect with one another and seek balance in their lives. We achieve this through our core foundational pillars: Fitness, Nutrition, Community Service, and Creative Arts.
We each have unique personal paths. Through projects and classes, FTR members support each other physically, mentally, and socially. We are trauma informed, with a strong focus on safety and connection.

Fit To Recover offers multiple daily fitness, nutrition, creative arts, and service opportunities to fit your schedule, as well as other specialty classes. There are different membership options available to match your availability and budget.
What started as a small group of friends who wanted to support each other in sobriety turned into an entire community formed around the group’s passions in what we call our 4 Pillars: Exercise, Nutrition, Creative Expression, and Community Service.
Fit To Recover opened in January 2015. Today, more than 700 people in recovery each week pass through our doors.
