Because of you, 2023 was a landmark year for Fit to Recover. Thanks to the continued generosity and commitment from our donors, we were able to substantially increase the number of individuals we impact, as well as broaden the scope of programs and services we offer. As a nonprofit we rely heavily on our donor support to continue our work and we need your help.
We are proud to announce that during 2023 Fit to Recover has added 50 new classes, brought on six new full-time employees, and achieved a 60% increase in overall attendance! This substantial growth illustrates the immense need for these services within the recovery community. We need your help to continue our impact.
The 4 pillars of FTR –Fitness, Creative Arts, Nutrition, and Service–have developed their own programming and cultures that, while still operating under the banner of Fit to Recover, position them to uniquely impact the communities they serve. January will mark the tenth anniversary of Fit to Recover Inc.–Ten years of committed service to the recovery community. Help us make the next decade even better by donating today.
We are thrilled to celebrate this growth, and we are grateful to everyone who has helped us get here. Help us continue this tremendous momentum in 2024 by donating today. Thank you for your continued support, and for your unwavering trust in our community!
Fit To Recover is a community that helps people in sobriety connect with one another and seek balance in their lives. We achieve this through our core foundational pillars: Fitness, Nutrition, Community Service, and Creative Arts.
We each have unique personal paths. Through projects and classes, FTR members support each other physically, mentally, and socially. We are trauma informed, with a strong focus on safety and connection.
Join our community today to make new connections and develop a personally fulfilling lifestyle!
Each Individual Needs Community to Develop Their Full Potential
Fit To Recover offers multiple daily fitness, nutrition, creative arts, and service opportunities to fit your schedule, as well as other specialty classes. There are different membership options available to match your availability and budget.
What started as a small group of friends who wanted to support each other in sobriety turned into an entire community formed around the group’s passions in what we call our 4 Pillars: Exercise, Nutrition, Creative Expression, and Community Service.
Fit To Recover opened in January 2015. Today, more than 700 people in recovery each week pass through our doors.
