789 Project

A foodtruck by Fit To Recover

Our Purpose

789 Project was born as a creative solution to issues we observed in our neighborhood and community. We strive to provide employment opportunities to individuals who identify as formerly-incarcerated and in early recovery. We also hope to provide healthy and nutrient-dense food choices to our ballpark community and neighboring Salt Lake City areas.

Discover Culinary Delights on Wheels

At 789 Project, we’ve been working tirelessly to create a delectable menu that caters to all taste buds. We offer a variety of balanced and healthy rice bowls that can be made with chicken or vegetarian. We also serve our handcrafted lavender lemonade till we run out! Contact us to today if you are interested in having us cater for your event.
